One month ago I posted that I was joining Planet Fitness after months and months of eating out nonstop and drinking allll the calories thanks to renovating our old house, having it up for sale and having showings at the drop of a hat, living out of boxes, moving into the new house, blah blah blah- I had gained more weight than I’d like to admit. I own maybe 10 pairs of VS yoga pants bc that’s literally all I wear 🤷🏼‍♀️😂🥰 and I remember the larges were getting super tight and I just felt all around so uncomfortable with myself. March-August was seriously so stressful and I honestly just ate and drank whatever I wanted. Moving sucks and unless I am moving to California ☀️-I will never be moving again. Okkuurrr. 🙌🏼 I was kinda hiding in my house, def stood in the back or made myself hidden in pictures and overall just wasn’t happy even looking in the mirror anymore. My daughter took a video of me and when I saw myself and how big I had gotten, it brought me to tears. Forward to today!!! (Yesterday…bc I am late posting this here lol) I am just one month into Keto/Intermittent Fasting/Working Out and I am officially down 23 pounds, without starving myself or taking weight loss pills, like I usually do! I’m back into my medium sized yoga pants, I go to the gym 3-5 days a week, I try to walk outside everyday and I love seeing my body slowly coming back.
