A lawbreaker suspect, needed by the FBI blockaded themselves inside a Manhattan high rise townhouse and took steps to hop from the 31st floor of the structure on Wednesday. A dizziness prompting sight was seen by spectators nearby as the suspect hung their feet from the window of the townhouse.
