The homicide case was settled in 2002 when Jeffrey Gorton was condemned to life in jail by Maggie Drake, Wayne Circuit Judge. The cops coordinated with his DNA with tests taken from Nancy’s body in 2001, reports Detroit Free Press.
Jeffrey Gorton got sentenced for first-degree murder, burglary, criminal sexual lead, and lawful offense murder. As of now, he is serving life detainment without the chance for further appeal.
He argued no challenge to charges that he assaulted and killed Margarette Eby. She was a previous University of Michigan-Flint executive and teacher who was 55 during the hour of her passing. Margarette and Nancy got executed comparably, almost beheaded by Jeffrey.
