A Massachusetts driver slammed his car into an Asian guy — and allegedly drove about 2 hundred yards with him at the hood — in what the victim’s circle of relatives says became a racially encouraged assault.
Driver John Sullivan, 77, flew into a rage and shouted “go returned to China” after the sufferer confronted him for riding too speedy with youngsters nearby, WVCB said.

Sullivan is charged with two counts of assault and battery with a risky weapon, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a crash with non-public harm and a civil rights violation, in keeping with WCVB.
