An understudy was killed and one more harmed when shots rang out external a Texas secondary school early Monday, with the supposed youngster shooter arrested without occurrence.

Arlington police said on Twitter that after the school was cleared, the lockdown was lifted around 10:30 and understudies were transported to a close by area, where guardians had the option to get their kids. Monday was the principal day class kickoff in Arlington subsequent to spring break.
