Palanpur, Sep 23 (IANS) Traffic on the North Gujarat roadways came to end on Friday after more than 200 Panjrapole (cow cover homes) legal administrators delivered great many cows in challenge the express government’s inability to allow Rs 500 crore monetary help for running the haven homes.
