Toby Keith is getting serious about his disease fight. Back in June 2022, the nation vocalist, 61, uncovered to fans that he was removing time from music to get chemo, radiation and medical procedure in the wake of being determined to have stomach disease in fall 2021.
In a forthcoming meeting with CMT Hot 20 Commencement — which marks his first since he uncovered his finding — Keith said that he’s hopeful about his future, expressing, “I really want a smidgen of time to simply recharge and recuperate up.”
“It’s really crippling to need to go through all that, yet as long as everything stays fine and dandy, then, at that point, we’ll take a gander at something great later on,” he proceeded.
In his mid year post, Keith shared on Instagram, “I’ve gone through the most recent a half year getting chemo, radiation and medical procedure. Everything looks OK. I want time to inhale, recuperate and unwind.” “I’m anticipating investing this energy with my family,” he proceeded. “Yet, I will see the fans sooner than later. I can hardly stand by.”
In a subsequent post, Keith regarded his allies, expressing, “Thank you for all your adoration and backing. I have the best fans on the planet.”

Recently, Keith shocked fans at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse in Lexington, Kentucky, with an exhibition of melodies like “I Love This Bar” and Lynyrd Skynard’s “Sweet Home Alabama.”
The eatery’s proprietor shared a picture from the exhibition via virtual entertainment, adulating Keith for doing combating disease and getting back to the stage.

On Giving Tuesday, the “Red Performance Cup” vocalist shared an inspiring picture close to a disease patient, saying thanks to his allies for giving to the Toby Keith Establishment.
