Viktor Cherkesov, a long-lasting companion of Russian President Vladimir Putin who crossed paths with the Kremlin for recommending a split among Russia’s security elites out in the open, died at 72 years old in St. Petersburg.

Viktor Cherkesov’s profession. Cherkesov regulated the MBR/FSK/FSB Holy person Petersburg Directorate, the KGB’s substitution association, from 1992 to August 1998.
