She was wrong . All she had to do was sign a lil bullcrap ticket and gone home. He gave his info twice and thought she could play games that time of night. What part of if you don’t sign you’re going to be arrested did she not understand ? We all have gotten a ticket for speeding or running a stop sign and we know the procedure. Take the ticket and go home. She was in total control over whether or not that happened. There is not a country on the planet where you can tell the police no if you are in the wrong.
