Independent writer Juan Alberto Vazquez told the New York Post, in Spanish, that the straphanger got on to the train after Neely and was on a forceful tirade. The train was headed northward F, police and an observer who took the video said.
The video shows that the straphanger, a 24-year-old, nailed down Neely while the Individual of color tossed his arms and legs around.
“He begins to deliver a discourse,” Vazquez expressed, alluding to Neely. “He began shouting in a forceful way. He said he had no food, he had no beverage, that he was drained and couldn’t care less assuming he goes to prison. He began shouting everything, removed his coat, a dark coat that he had, and tossed it on the ground.”
