Woman raped in Delhi, 1 held


New Delhi, Sep 26 (IANS) A man was captured for supposedly assaulting a lady at her home in south Delhi’s Mehrauli region, an authority said on Monday.

The blamed, recognized as Harjeet Yadav, an occupant of Khanpur in the public capital, supposedly has a place with an ideological group. The police, in any case, were hush on revealing any subtleties.


Delegate Chief of Police (south) Chandan Chowdhary said a PCR call was gotten at Mehrauli police headquarters on September 25 after which the police arrived at the spot and took the person in question and the charged man to the police headquarters.
