I’m going on a DIET BREAK!? What is that? 🤷♂️ First off I’m 6’3, 198lbs, 8.5% and as part of my research for season 2 of the @fadorfuturepodcast (now signed with @himalaya_app for season 2 launching July 16th!) I’m eating 1/2 of my normal calories for 2 weeks with oversight from @billcampbellphd 🤔 So how does it work? My normal calories are about 3,800-4,000 a day to maintain my weight (I know, that’s a lot of food) so I’m going to eat 1900-2000 calories a day without restriction EXCEPT maintain 1g per pound of body weight in protein..so I will have about 200 grams a day. What do you think will happen after 2 weeks? Will I lose muscle? Lots of weight? Get leaner…maybe hangry?!
