The photograph was taken after Ariana was captured in August on doubt of driving affected by liquor.
Ariana and her on-and-off beau, Hudson McLeroy, praised their consecutive birthday celebrations (McLeroy was born on Oct. 18) together on Monday night.
McLeroy, who was captured close by his better half in August, had a matching mugshot cake.
