Afterward, in the wake of killing Harris County Constable’s Office agent, Jose escaped to Mexico.
Facebook: Charles Galloway Funeral Services Constable Ted Heap advised on his Facebook page that Corporal Galloway’s memorial service administrations would be hung on February 1, Tuesday at Second Baptist Church.
