He went to Niceville Secondary School. He procured a Four year certification in scientific studies in transdisciplinary sciences from Florida State College in 2003 and a Juris Specialist from William and Mary Graduate school in 2007.
On February 6, 2008, Gaetz was owned up to the Florida Bar. The Florida bar banished Gaetz from the act of regulation in October 2021 because of neglected levy.

Gaetz is the child of prestigious Florida lawmaker Wear Gaetz. He moved on from William and Mary Graduate school and momentarily filled in as a legal counselor prior to choosing to run for state delegate.
Gaetz reported his commitment to Ginger Luckey, the sister of Palmer Luckey, the designer of Oculus VR and a huge conservative pledge drive, in December 2020. They secured the bunch in August 2021.
